This is resulting in a crisis, and njay involve the resignation of Lord French, who favours their release—"The Times." THE ABSENT MEMBERS OF PARLIAMENT.; (Rec. February'l?/ 7.40 p.m.) London, February 17. In the Hcuse of Commons Mr. Conor' Law stated that the Government did r.ot propose to take any action concerning the absence of the Sinn.
