TRADE WITH TURKEY AND RUSSIA
AUTHORISED UNDER CERTAIN RESTRICTIONS. London, February 1. The Press Bureau states that the Board of f Trade has authorised, under certain existing restrictions, the resumption of trade with Turkey, Armenia, Kurdistan, Mesopotamia, and Syria, and with Bulgaria. Trade with Russian and Black- Sea' ports may also be resumed. The Department of.jOverseas Trade offers facilities to Britisli 'traders to send representatives to Southern Russia in. the hope of fostering trade. NEW PROCEDURE PROPOSALS.
London, February 15. New proposals are made for the procedure of the House of Commons. They are mainly intended to refer many details to Standing Committees. General Seely introduced the Aerial Navigation Bill! which deals with licenses and registration of aircraft, and precautions against smuggling.-Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
