Amsterdam, February 15. Prince Henry of Pnissia, in a letter requesting von Hindenburg to accept the presidency of the league for securing the personal freedom of the Ivaiser, says: "It is shameless to demand that the Kaiser shall be delivered to his enemies for execution. GOVERNMENT WOULD IMPEACH THOSE RESPONSIBLE FOR WAR,
London, February IG.
Herr Ebert, President of Germany, stated in an interview at Weimar, that the Government would voluntarily impeach tie Ivaiser or other Germans who proved responsible for making war. In the meanwhile' the Kaiser, in common with all citizens of the new Germany, was entitled to the benefits of law and justice—"The Times."
