CONFEDERATION PROPOSED. (Rec. February 16,-5.5 p.m.) New York, February 15. The "New; York Times" Kingston correspondent states that the Montcgo Bay Town Council carried a resolution favouring' the confederation of Jamaica and Canada, and asked ail other towns in Jamaica to approach the Government to this end—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
