SIR JOSEPH COOK WILL NOT GO. London, February 11. 1 Sir Joseph ' Cook, who is in Loudon to consider important naval business, including the return of the fleet to Australia, has refused the offer of membership of the Mission to Poland. Sir Joseph Ward, who may be asked to go, is still in London suffering from a cold — Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
