0 FORECAST AND SUMMARY AT 4 P.M. YESTERDAY. Present Indications are for strong northeasterly to south-easterly winds. Weather dull and.' misty, raiu following generally, and likely to be heavy in the northern and East Coast districts 'of the North Island. Barometer has a falling tendency everywhere. A cyclonic disturbance appears to be located between Kermadecs and the North Cape,.' and easterly Rales were reported this morning from Cape Maria and Jlbnganui, with rain north of Auckland.
