FOUL PLAY SUSPECTED. . . ■ Paris, February 10. There is a sensational outcome from the inquiry into the fire in a railway tunnel at 'Nanteuil last week, when a number of people were killed owinp to two German . wagons becoming ignited, General Gassbuin, Director of Military Transport, and other experts suspect foul pfay.
