THE WEATHER * FORCAST AND SUMMARY AT ( P.M. YESTERDAY. Preeent indications are for increasinff oißterly -winds, with cloudy, misty weather, rain followinc, northward of Kavhia. and Gisborne. Moderate to strong northerly to -westerly winde elsewhere, but warm and humid conditions. Barometer falling in the north, but probably rising temporarily soon in the south. Atmoepherio pressure has decreased everywhere, and meteorological conditions aro somewhat threatening in the far north. Warm and hazy weather has been reported generally, but changeable conditione have ruled in the northernmost and ■southernmost districts. Variable brcozcs have prevailed. D. 0.
