THE WEATHER
FORECAST AND SUMMARY AT 4 P.M. YESTERDAY. Present indications are for freshening northerly to westerly winds, with increasing cloudiness, rain following in many parts towards tho end of the week. The barometer is falling everywhere in the meantime. Atmospherio pressure hae steadily deoreased in the Eouth, and variable breezes have prevailed.
