The Royal Arch Chapter, U.A.0.D., met in the Wellington Town Hall on Wednesday night.- The Eoval Arch Drnid, Bro. J. Middleton, presided, assisted by Bro. T. Mollison, B.V.A.D. There was a good attendance of members. Apology For unavoidable absence was received from Bro. W. Brown, secretary of Holly Lodge, ■ Johnsonville. It was decided that the revised rules governing ritual competitions recently drawn up by a committee appointed for that purpose and adopted with a few amendments at the October meeting of the Chapter be adhered to and used by the judges in the forthcoming ritual competition to take place in April. Tho time for receiving nominations for the three judges required was eidended until the March meeting, and the selection will then be made by tho Eoynl ATch Chapter. Entries from lodges deciding to take part in the competition are also kept opan until the March meeting. THE BURDEN OF ECZEMA. There is no rest day or night for those who suffer with Eczema.
