CHEISTCHURCH ORGANISING "AGAIN. Sy Telegraph-Press Association. , Christchurch, February 6. A meeting of ■ representatives of various organisations held this afternoon took initial steps for the setting up of nn adequate organisation to cope' with any future epidemics in the city and country. The great value of the block system in the city during the\recent epidemic was strongly emphasised, one speakev saying that many lives had been saved by the adoption by the Christchurch doctors of the block system. A strong representative committee was set up to aravnge the details of the scheme.
