i "WAIT AND SEE." "Wait and see," was the only reply that Mr. A. Pnrlane, secretary of the Drivers' Federation, would give yesterday, when questioned by a.Dominion representative as to whether' trouble was brewing. Mr. Parlane said that a mass meeting of drivers had been duly held in the Alexandra Hall, but lie would disclose nothing of the' proceedings. It is understood that the position is serious, but neither employers nor employees are prepared to make any statements that will throw light upon it., . STOP-WORK MEETING AT AUCKLAND.'/ .
