AN INVENTION TO ESTRANGE

]iIUTAIN AND SPAIN. (Kcc. February 5, 7.20 p.m.)

London, February 3. Senor. Alfonsp Merry del Vat,*' the Spanish Ambassador, in a letter to the Press on behalf of the Madrid Government, denies that Spain approached any Government regarding the return of Gibraltar.
