The delegates of the five great Powers will devote the week to the League of Nations scheme. President Wilson will be chairman of the committee to draft tho soheme, which will ba submitted to tho Conference. When tho full Conference has adopted it it will take a short rest-while' President Wilson returns to America and Mr, Lloyd "George to lingland. . ~ In the meantime the various committees will oonsider the data which have recently poured in to the Conference. Italy is anxiously watching the developments of the principle adopted m regard to the German colonies, in connection with her claim to Dalmntia.
