FORECAST AND SUMMARY AT 4 P.M. YESTERDAY. Present indications , are for variable breezes, moderate to strong east to north predominating. Weather warm and humid, with increasing mist and oloudiness. Tho barometer has a fallinn tendency. Warm and fair to cloudy weather has prevailed with variable winds. The barometer is still above normal. D. O.'BATES, Director.
