THE WEATHER
FORECAST AND SUMMARY AT 4 P.M. YESTERDAY. Present indications are for moderate to strong oast to north winde. Weather warm and humid, cloudy to overcast at times, with misty rain, especially in the far north and'south. The baromoter hae a falling tendency. Fresh, easterly ivinde have prevailed in the far north, but variable breezes oleewhere. Atmospheric pressure continues above normal, and warm and rather cloudy conditions have been prevalent. . D. 0.
