Anderson, a soldier, was admitted to the Hospital to-night suffering from fracture of tho base of tho skull. Andorson is apparently dying. The injury is believed to have been caused by a blow, and tho polico' have arrested the alleged assailant on a charge of assault causing actual bodily harm.
