Paris, February 3. Hajor-GeneraJ. the Maharajah of Bikanir said tEat only those who did not know India could doubt her loyalty to the Empire. "Loyalty is. the foundation of the aspirations and hopes of our princes and people. It is the spirit which guides vs towards political aspirations." Sir Satyendra Sinha, in an interview, said: "There is unrest in India. It ie a necessary evil that wherever you find a growing political life there is unrest. The agitations of extremists who wish to sever connection with the Empire are balanced by the Extreme Right in.
