The "Echo de Paris" states that difficulties have arisen at Spa in connection with the restitution of property stolen from the invaded territories. Tho Germans under tho armistice promised to give full information, but thus far have given none, so the Inter-Allied Commission decided to send a deputation to Germany to make inquiries. Count Rantzau '[Foreign Minister), however, replied, refusing to countersign the passports of the deputation while the French sequestrated the property of Germans domioiled in Alsace-Lorraine—Aus.-N.Z.
