THE WEATHER.
FORECAST AND SUMMARY AT 4 P.M. YESTERDAY. ' Present indications aro for moderate to strong south-easterly to north-easterly winds. Weather -warm and lair to cloudy Kcuerally, but overcast at times, with scattered rainfall in the northern and southernmost, districts. Barometer steady, with a- tailing tendency. Moderate to strong southerly winds have prevailed, and tho barometer is now above normal everywhere. Overcast, skies and somewhat threatening conditions are reported in the far north, but fair to cloudy weather rules elsewhere, D. 0. BATES, i Director, ileteproloeical Office.
