ABROGATION OF SECRET TREATIES

The United Press Paris correspondent interviewed a high international law expert, who expressed the opinion that all secret treaties should be' abrogated by tlie Allies, and the Central Powers should accept President Wilson's fourteen points. Therefore the Anglo-Japanese treaty, giving Japan the Marshalls and the Carolines was now void—Aus.-N.Z. Cablo As-li. ■
