The Defence Department'will ■. undertake the.'messing, quar■fering, etc.,-for.competitors at- the following, charges per day (paid.in advance): Officers and officials ot' rifle clubs, is.; members of rifle clubs,-lis;;;li.c.o.'s-and privates, -Permanent' and -Territorial Forces, - including cadets,- 25.; Competi;!w ho are unable to attend the meeting through illness, or other'-unforeseen causes which the executive, may consider sufficient, will be. allowed a refund of camp fees paid, less the • minimum charge as mentioned below—Officers and offipials of rifle clubs, 10s.; members of 'rifle' clubs/ 7s.
