RIVERINA LEAVES SYDNEY. The lluddart-Parker -steamer Biverlna in reported to have left Sydney yesterday for Wellington, ami in that caso is due on Tuesday. Sho will be in quarantine for 24 liourf. and as the wharf workers' picnic holiday is on Wednesday it will probably be Friday before she returns across the 'fasmiin. j ESSEX FOE WANGANUI. The New Zealand and African Oomwiny advises that the Essex is to leave fiydnoy to-day for Wanganui to start loading in 'New Zealand for Egypt. Othe{ ports at which the vessel will load are Gisbome, Napier, and Wellington, About February 21 she is to leave this port for Port flaid, via Colombo. THE WILTSHIRE ARIUVES. The P. and S. liner Wiltshire, with troops from Egypt, arrived in the stream at Wellington about 9 a.m'. yesterday, ana will berth at King's Wharf at 9 o clock this morning. The Wiltshire attracted considerable attention on the waterfront. She is a steel twin-screw steamer of 10,550 tons, and was built in 1912 by J. Brown and Co.. Ltd., of Glasgow. Her dimensions are:—Length, s£6.bf t.; breadth, 61.4 ft.; depth, 33.3 ft. The Wiltshire lias five short masts and a squat fuunel. Captain Hay* ward is master of the vossel, which made her first visit to Wellington on January 16, 1918. Her future movements arc at present not definitely known. MAHIA'S LOADING POETS. It is announced that the loading ports of the S.S. and A. Company b Mahia, which is to leave Newcastle on February 15 for New Zealand, will be Auckland and Whangarei. The Mahia is due at Auckland on February 19, and will clear the smaller port about March 4 for bgypt. PORT HACKING DIVERTED. Auckland, where she is due on Thursday, will now he the first port of call in New Zealand of the Port Hacking, which is to-day to leave Newcastle in atios of Vr trip froni England. Messrs. W. M. Bannatyne and Co., the Wellington agents for the vessel, expect her to snow up here about February 12. Her loading ports have not been fixed.
