Sir,—l notice, according to your issue of January 25, that "compliments were showed. 114)011 Councillor Norwood" for Hie success of Hie milk enterprise. On makiiiß inquiry T find that the milk is delivered from the depot about midnight, (hat it then goes to the milk shops, and is delivered next moniinjr to tlm consumers. I 'vould therefore ask what is to prevent the-milk being tampered with before delivery, or have we noun to n vpry large expense merely to know that it is properly pasteurised, or, as our mother? would eay,.
