HOOLIGANS IN ITALY
REMARKABLE OUTBREAK OF • VIOLENT ROBBERIES. London, January 27. The "Daily Chronicle's" Milan correspondent reports a remarkable outbreak of violent robberies. Hooligans, armed with daggers and revolvers, are stealing goods, of all-kinds,' largely during'transit, and the railway staffs-and military 6entries are frequently roughly handled. Over 400 loonl railway employees • have been arrested for' parcels post robberies. The trouble lias reached a climax. Many attacks have been made in broad daylight upon pedestrians and merchandise pawing through the city, and there have been many incendiary outbreaks.
