The date ..of'the show was fixed for June 19, 20, 21. and 22. Mr. J. A; M'Ttae pointed out. that the grouping of cattle, which had been tried ai'tlie recent show, was not n. success, and lie moved that in future it should be. abolished. Jlr. Lancaster, who had been one of the stewards contended that the new method had proved of considerable advantage- both to exhibitors and the public. Ultimately it was decided to refer the matter-to the Cattle Committee and cattle stewards for report.
