AN ATTEMPT TO REVIVE THE QUARREL. Lisbon, January 27. Official.—Although the Monarchists in Braganza, Lisbon, and Vizeu have been crushed as a military force, (he civilians in the Aviero district are seeking to revive the quarrel among the Republicans. The Government resigned, in. order not to weaken the Republican forces at the present grave juncture, but will continue to conduct the nation's affairs until a new Cabinet is formed.—Reuter. MARTIAL LAW DECLARED IN LISBON. Madrid, January. 25. Martial law has been declared in Lisbon.
