Henderson, Edwards (s.), 7. llataitai—Bennett, Blake, Hallidny, Cresswelt (3.), 23; Nnwtcwn—E. JI. James, J.'-M. James, Jack, Brackcnridge (s.), 11. Tho final match between Laws and Cresswell was evenly contested up to the ninth head, when Laws gradually forged ahead by consistent scoring, eventually winning comfortably with a margin of 11 points (25—11). Tho visitors, in thanking the club, were unanimous in their praise of the splendid hospitality and general arrangements of tho tourney, and Lyall Bay Club may wnll bo proud of the success achieved by them in their second annual anniversary tournament.
