New York, January 21. The Buenos Aires correspondent of the New York "Herald" eays it'.to reported that the British Naval Attache may order British ships to leave port without cargo. Shippers told tho correspondent that this was the beginning of an Allied boycott against the port of Buenos Aires, to bo onforced unless the strike was settled 6oon.—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Asen. (Hoc.
