January 25, 0.25 a.m.) London, January 22. The most recent information from Russia indicates that the Bolsheviki's plans are complete for extension of their propaganda, eastwards. The Bolsheviki. anticipate that India', China, and Southern Asia will fall an easy prey,, but General Koltchak's Omsk army temporarily cuts off the advance. Interventionists urge that prompt support should he sent to strengthen this barrier. Reports from the Crimea state that- Bolshevism is spreading in tho Ukraine, and only prompt intervention will prevent, tho whole of the Black Sea littoral falling into Bolshevik hands. Tho "Daily Chronicle's", diplomatic correspondent -stated that it is believed that tho policy of intervention in Russia is gaining ground. Lenin and Trotsky are anxious for peaeo in order to. gain breathing space to complete their plaiis for world conquest for Bolshevism on tho principle of benevolent penetration.—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
