SEVERAL DISGUISED GERMANS - arrested: (Ree. January 25, 0.25 a.m.) ~ London, January 22. A series of terrific explosions alarmed Ghent and the countryside. A munition (lump was blown up, destroying Wo kilometres of the main OstendBrussels railway. Peasants in adjoining villages .fled terrified.
