Gunson)' presided. General Pali, in a speech of. acknowledgment, said that his health was quite restored. He re-, marked that a League of .'Nations must be a league of those who had common interests and ideals, and who had fought together for right and justice. There were some who were not qualified •'to belong to it.' .....
