ANNUAL MEETING. ■ By Telocrapli-Prcss ABBOciation. Dunedln, January 23. Tho annual meeting of the New Zealand RootmsiUnrs' Association was concluded -to-night. . The following officers were elected:—President, Mr W. S. Neill; vice-president, Mr. \\. J. Hammill; secretary, Mr. J. D. Rea-; treasurer, Mr. Richards; auditor. Mr. Elvidao; executive. Messrs. Clark i (Auckland), Manplebeck (Wellinfiton), H. R. Best (Christehnreh). It was decided to set up a board of control, to .deal with tho Board of Trade in matters relating to the standardisation of footwear, which, it was considered, would be beneficial to tho public, the Board of Tiade being recommended t<l first standardise hide? and leathqff.
