FOREIGN STOWAWAYS
I (Rec. January 23, 8.45 p.m.) I London, January 20. The Deal Magistrates elicited that I two of the'stowaways are Russians, • and ordered them to be detained until they could bo returned to Rotterdam. The third is an Austrian officer, who recently escaped from internment in Holland. Ho will be interned in Eng-land.—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn. [A cable message published yesterday stated that thr.ee foreigners .found hiding on a Norwegian ship from Rot- ■ terdaan were arrested at Deal. Une was believed to he a German or Austrian officer. The others were Russians. All wore unable to givo a satisfactory account of themselves.]
