London, January :32. New Zealanders .on furlough from Cologne .declare that the general air of prosperity in Cologne confirms the soldiers' conviction that Germany wa3 beaten in tjie field. All ihe big restaurants .are open and have orchestras equal to anything heard in London. Food is plentiful and oheap.
