Dail was allowed in £50 and one surety of £50, or two of £25 each. Angus George Foster was, on tl.e application of Cliief-Dotcctive Bodd.un. remanded to' January 2{). on a ciinrji" of stealing, on March_2o, 1918, one suit-case, and dress suit, of thn total value of £12 125., the property of i Joseph Pcrcival Lavin.
