GISBOIINE OIL COMPANY. By Telegraph—Press Association. Cisborno, January 22. At a meeting of shareholders of the Gisborne- Oil Company a resolution was passed authorising the disposal of the plant to John Clark and \V. D. Lysnnr, the shareholders to participate to the extent of a quarter of the net profits of tho result of the latter , s operations. Messrs. Clark and Lysnar have niadfe arrangements for, the well-known Sydney borer (Lake) to take charge of the work. •• ' ■
