Wellington, a- contest for • the Plunket Shield, will commence on the Basin Reserve at 11 a.m. Wellington aro the present holders and a very interesting contest is anticipated. On the Wellington College green the Hutt Valley representative will play a match against a specially selected Wellington team. Picture patrons will have a special matinee as well as. th& -evening performance at the King's Theatre and Everybody's Theatre, and the Empress Theatre will also bo open to holidaymakers. At the Concert Chamber the Boat-waiters will give their final performance.
