Tt is stated that there is a pronosal in hand to start works in the Wellington district for,the treatment of tar products. Among the passengers landed from the s.s. Moeraki yesterday were Mr. and Mrs. H. A. Jenkins, of Wellington, who were held up in Sydney for three month the shiuoine trouble.
