HEREBY GIVEN that by Proclamation under the hand of His Excellency tbo Govornor-Ueneral, dated the fourth <hiy of January, I'JIU, And published in the "New Zealand Gazette" of .January' 9, 1919, the land described in, the schedule hereto was taken under "Tim Public Works Act, 1908," "The .Municipal Corporations Act, 190!)," and "Tho Wellington City Milk Supply Act, 1910," and in exercise of every power and authority in that behalf, enabling for city milk suppiy purposes, tho said Proclamation to lake effect on and after the twenty-iiith day of January, one thousand nine hundred and nineteen.
