THE POLISH PROVINCES

GERMANY'S SINISTER POLICY. London, January 19. ', It'is now revealed that the Germans have determined to seize all the provisions' of the Poles in Prussia if the Polish provinces in Germany are restored to Poland. All parties in Germany are agreed upon, this step, as Poland is regarded as even more important than the left bank of the Rhine. Herr Ebert deolares that if the Polish provinces are returned, Germany will reconquer the West through the East. These statements were made at a secret meeting of all parties, convened when Prince Max was Chancellor. The German policy now is.to have Poland as a prey after the Bolsheviki have ravaged the country; hence the Germans are handing over their arms to the Bol-sheviki.—Auff.-N.Zi' Cable Assn.
