Cable Assn. [Captain Dreyer, who is 41 years of age, has lately been Director of Naval Ordnance. He was Flag Commander with Sir John Jellicoe in 1910-12, end was then appointed to the War Staff of the Admiralty. In 1915 and 1916 he was Flag Captain to Admiral Jellicoe in tho Iron Duke, and then became Assistant Director' of the anti-submarine division of the War Staff, where he remained till March, '1917, the datn of hie appointment as Director-Geueral of Naval Ordnance. . Hβ served in. the Battle of Jutland in the Iron Duke.]
