EFFORTS TO EXTERMINATE IT IN RUSSIA LEADING RUSSIANS COMBINING (Reo. January 19, 11.50 p.m.) London, January 17. A Russian delegation was sympathetically received at the political Government quarters. For the first time all leading Russians of every shade of opinion in Britain, France, and Russia, excepting, the Extreme. The delegation demands an Allied pronouncement that will plnce Bolshevism outside the pale of eociety. Material assistance would be to arm tho Rubsian armies—a quarter of a million under General Kolchank,' and a, similar number -under General Denikin —and send ■ a ' small Allied . detachment from the Black Sea to the Ukraine, to maintain order while the crops are sown. It is anticipated that when the detachment, arrives Generals Kolchank and Denikin will junction, and the collapse of Bolshevism must speedily follow. An instance of.
