' The Expeditionary ForcesAmendment .Act: of Inst- session provided tlnit any ma ir whoso name 'is in(jluded in .the list shall have the right of appeal, to a Magistrate, If ho can show that ho did not evade, military service wilfully his name will ho removed from the list,, and he will cease to lie subject to loss of civil rights. • Every appeal is to he made in the form''prescribed by'tlie' regulation, and is.to be sent hv" registered mist to the ' Minister of Defence,' jii Wellington, ■ within three months after tho publication of the Gazette -containing tho list. Tho Minister--will • refer the. appeal-.to a Magistrate,- who will have jurisdiction to dealwithit.''
