SUMMONING CONSTITUENT ASSEMBLY GENERAL STRIKETHE LAST RESORT Telegraph-Press " (Rec. They are devoting their first efforts to putting the Republican case before the conference. They will only use the weapon of a general strike in the last resort.
The Dublin Castls Conference .considered that serious questions of Irish policy were calling for the utmost firmness, courage, and foresight. Drastic action will precipitate a crisis.
