, The conference proceedings are eminently satisfactory so far, and aro marked by Jjreat cordiality and a conciliatory spirit. Mr. Lloyd George and President Wilson aro pulling together on every important point. The conference has decided that the labour of war prisoners should henceforth be devoted to reconstructon work in the devastated areas. —"The Times."
