RAIN, AND GALES
: -Vhere.was.more rain and more wind yesterday, and there is overy prospect of a continuance of unseasonable conditions. Tho Government Meteorologist states that,indications point to further unsettled weather generally, with heavy rain, in most parts of the. country, and winds strong to gale. Northerlies are expected north of New Plymouth, and Napier, and westerlies, changing to southerlies, shortly elsewhere.- : . The southern disturbance is still in' evidence, and. another one is apparently located northward, and especially threatens, the northern and East Coast districts of the North-Island. .■';■ .
