FORECAST AND SUMMARY
AT 4 P.M. YESTERDAY. Present indications are for a continuance ' o£ unsettled ■weather generally with heavy rain in most parts of the country; winds strong to gale, norther-lies prevailing northward of New Plymouth and Napier, and westerlies, changing to southerlies shortly, elsewhere. The southern disturbance is still in evidence, and another one is now apparently located northward and especially threatens the northern and east coast districts of the. North lßland. ' Oloudy, unsettled 1 weather has been experienced, with rain in many parts. Strong and squally northerly and westerly windß have prevailed and atmospheric pressure has decreased,in the north. B.
