Store sheep, especially backward sorts .of wethers and lambs of all classes, wore easier in consequence of the dry weathc-r and short rape crop. Fat lambs that were well finished were , very firm. Fat cattlo were easier and more ;business was done for export. Fat sheep met with a good sale, but at a rang} of prices a shade under lastweek's. There was a moderate demand for store cattle, and pigs of all classes sold well.. Prices: —Store sheep: Two-tooth ewes, 265. 6d.; two-tooth wethers, 235. ,6d. to 265. 6d.; four and six-tooth wethers. 275. 7d. to 28s. 9d.; four, six, and eight-tooth wethers, 275. Id. to 295.; merino wethers, los.; rape lambs, 16s. 3d. to 21s. lid; mixed sex lambs, 14s 9d. to 18s. Id. Fat lambs: Extra prime to 375. 6d.; prime, 255. Gd to 28s. 6d.; medium, 235. 6d. to 255.; lirfit and unfinished, 17s. sd. to 235. Fat sheep: Extra prime wethers, 40s.'; prime wethers, 335. 6d. to 365. Gd.; medium wethers, 30s. 6d. to 335.; lighter wethers, 255. 3d. to 305.; prime ewos, 325. to 355. 6d.; medium ewes, 28s. Bd. to 315.: lighter ewes, 245. 6d. to 28s. Fat cattle: Prime steers, £16' to £20; ordinary steers, £1\ 10s. to £15 10s.; prime heifers. £11 .10s. to £15; ordinary heifprs, £7 17s. 6d. to £11 Jss.; extra prime cows, to £17 12s. 6d°; primo cows, £12 to £15 10s.; ordinary cows, £10 2s.
