A big programme of airship con« stmction by tho Admiralty includes airships with a gas capacity of 2} million cubic feet, a range of eight sand miles, and a speed of sixty to' seventy miles per hour. The ships will have a lifting capacity of sixty tolls , and carry a crew of twenty-five. Tho first of the ships will be launched towards the end of the year.
